Green Monster Smoothie


4 cups baby spinach, raw

6 ounces greek vanilla yogurt

1 banana

1/2 cup strawberries

1/4 cup blueberries

Any other fruit you like, can be a mix




Place 4 cups of spinach into a blender.  Pour yogurt over the spinach. Slice the banana and put that into the blender, too.  Blend for about 1-2 minutes.  If the mixture seems too thick to blend, add water to your liking!  You can increase the carb and pro intake by using a little milk instead of water if that helps to meet your needs.

Protein: 21 g

Total Fat: 1 g

Rich source of potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C
